How to take your measurements

It's so easy to get your measurements right - all you need is to have a tape measure at hand. Remember to wear only your underwear so as not to distort the measurements. Let's start:

Bust: Put on your favourite bra and stand upright with your back straight. Slide the tape measure around your bust and take the measurement at nipple height.
Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist at the narrowest point, between the top of your hips and the end of your ribcage.
Hips: Stand upright with your hips level. Measure the circumference of your hips at the widest point, at the edge of your hips. After wrapping the tape measure around your hips, lower it and raise it slightly to find the widest point.

Make sure you don't hold the tape measure too tightly; just rest it on your body while you take your measurements. Once you have measured your circumferences, write them down on a piece of paper and compare them to our table. Easy, right?

And finally, remember: your womanly essence is not measured in centimetres.
