Returns Policy

Can I exchange my products?
No, we do not offer product exchanges, the only option is to return unwanted products and place a new order.

You can return a product you don't like within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Please note
: we don’t accept returns on masks. We consider masks to be a hygiene product that cannot be returned.

Remember: return shipping costs are your responsability.
 
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

1. Send us an email at ecommerce@eroke.it
- indicate the article you wish to return.
- wait for our approval.
Without approval we will not refund you.
 
2. Return the article
- use your own carrier and send the item to the address that we will provide.

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:
- garments that have not been washed or used in any way.
- garments that are in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached.
If a returned article does not comply with these requirements, we will not refund you.
 
*Don't forget to put inside the package a copy of your order or write something which can help us identify it.
